Step 1. Log into your cPanel account
Step 2. Now under the software / services section click on the Softaculous link.
Step 3. Now click on the All Installations link it will show top of the page right side.
(It i a icon that look like file folder)
Step 4. Click the back up icon Under the list of applications
(Which looks like a zipped folder)
Step 5. You have to check now both boxes to the right of Backup directory and Backup Database under the backup Installations
Step 6.At the bottom of the page click the Backup Installation button .
(Now the backup was created successfully you can download it from the backups page )
