1st Solution-Restart Apache Web services
Step::1 Login to your WHM root
Step::2 Now go to Restart services feature
Step::3 Click on HTTP Server(Apache)
Step::4 Now click on Yes button to restart services
After this step you will get a success message: “Apache successfully restarted: Signaled successfully”
2nd Solution- Reinstall Apache Module ‘mod_ruid2’
Step::1 Login to WHM root
Step::2 Go to Software section
Step::3 Now click on Easy Apache 4
Step::4 Click on Customize button as shown below
Step::5 Now go to Apache Modules tab and search for ‘mod_ruid‘ in the search box as shown
Step::6 Now disable the module by clicking on the blue button and click on Next
Step::7 Then Tap on Provision and finish the process
Step::8 After the process is completed go back to Easy Apache 4 and click on Customize button
Step::9 Again go to Apache Modules and search for ‘mod_ruid‘ and enable it and click on Next
Step::10 Now Tap on Provision and finish the process.

3rd Solution- Restart Apache/https via SSH (PuTTy)
Step::1 Log in to your server through SSH as rootStep::2 Run the given command to restart Apache
service httpd restart
