Step::1 Login to WHM as root
Step::2 Navigate to the “Security center” option.
Step::3 Go to Manage Wheel Group Users.
Step::4 Select a user from the list to add to the wheel group.
Step::5 Then, click Add to Group.
Step::6 Go to the previous page.
Step::7 To remove a user from the wheel group, firstly select the user from the added list and click the remove button.
