Sorry the home directory root/home1 does not exist. Please create it or change the HOMEDIR Value

So let me tell you why this error occurs. This error appear when the default directory for new user’s location is something else than /home.

You can fix this issue by following the steps given below:

Step::1 Login to your WHM

Step::2 Go to Server Configuration

Step::3 Click on Basic Web Host Manager Setup

Step::4 Now jump to the Basic Config tab and specify the exact path to your hard drive.In most of the cases it is /home.

Step::5 Click on Save changes.
