Follow the steps to Ban a Visitor in tawk.to when you are not in an active chat:

Step::1 Go to the Top of the Dashboard and click on Admin.

Step::2 Then under User Management click on “Ban List“.

Step::3 Click on the green Ban IP button at the Top Right of that screen.

Step::4 Now here Enter the IP address for that visitor and the reason for banning and Save.

Apart from this you can directly ban a visitor in an active chat session by just clicking on the Ban icon as shown below.
