Let me tell you friends if you’re coming across this error while connecting in Filezilla, it means that the FTP account is not pointing to the correct home directory. This error usually happens while creating FTP accounts in cPanel. So there is no other option except deleting that FTP Account.

step::1 Log into cPanel
step::2 Delete the FTP account
step::3 Create it again and make sure that the destination points to the correct folder.
