In this article, we will explain the procedure to bypass automatic suspension of service in WHMCS.
Let us go through the procedure in detail.
- Login to WHMCS dashboard.
- Go to Clients section and select View/Search Clients from the list.
View/ Search Clients in WHMCS - On the next page, select the client for which you want to bypass automatic suspension.
Select Client - On the Client Profile page, switch to Product/Services tab and proceed.
Product/Services - On the next page, scroll down to Override Auto Suspend option and check the box if it is uncheck.
Override Auto Suspend - Click over date and select the date from the calendar. Refer to the below given image.
Select Date - Click over Save Changes to bypass automatic suspension of service.
Thus, the automatic suspension of cPanel account would bypass and it will suspend after the specified date & time selected in above steps.
