Suppose one of your email accounts that have several important mails in it, is compromised. You don’t want to delete the email account as you have never taken any backup, and also don’t want to lose the information that the email contains. Don’t worry Luckily, you can suspend any of your email accounts instead of deleting them. With the help of this method, you can stop spamming, prevent other email users from spamming, and prevent your mail server from being blacklisted or flagged for spamming. Suspend Email Accounts
- Login to your cPanel account.
- Type email in the search, and click on the Email Accounts option.
Navigate to Email Accounts - You’ll see the list of your existing email accounts.
- Find the email account you want to suspend, and click over the More button.

Unsuspend Email Accounts
Well, you can easily unsuspend the email account as all the suspended email accounts will look different than the live email accounts.
View the below image, the email account we suspended earlier contains two icons that indicate “This account is not receiving incoming or outgoing as it is suspended”.

Find the suspended domain inside the Email Accounts section and click over the More button, you’ll be able to see the Unsuspend option from where you can easily unsuspend the email account.
