Here we will discuss about what actually are Xampp, Wamp and Vertigo server. How are they different form real Linux cPanel based server? [Important| Revised 2019]
Xamp basically is a Windows software meant to install Apache server which allows the execution of PHP even in your local windows PC. It works as localhost as a domain and all its contents are situated at the Cdrive in windows. This helps users to run php in their browser. It is mostly used by students and testers. In the same way Wamp and Vertigo are also the substitute product with same technology.
How Xampp & Wamp server are different form real Linux cPanel based server? [Updated June 2019]
In real server we use https://domainname.com whereas in wamp/xampp we use localhost as domain and its files are situated inside WWW for Wampp and htdocs For Xampp.
In case of real cPanel server there is a definite MySql username and password whereas in case of localhost MySql username is root and password is blank.
