Tawk.to is a 100% FREE live chat app that lets you monitor and chat with visitors on your WHMCS site. Here in this tutorial we will show you how to add and integrate tawk to online chat system in your WHMCS website in just few steps.

Step::1 Visit https://www.tawk.to/ and Click on Sign Up for Free tab

Step::2 Enter the credentials like Name, Email & Password and click on Sign Up

Step::4 Next Select your Language & Click on Next: Create Property tab

Step::5 In the next step enter your Site Name and Site URL & click on Next: Team Members tab

Step::6 Now add the email address to add new members as per your requirement and then click on Next: Install Widget tab

Step::7 Next you need to Copy the entire code

Step::8 Login to cPanel and go to the folder where you installed WHMCS.

Step::9 Open the folder “templates”

Step::10 In folder “templates” open default folder “portal” or “six”

Step::11 Find the file “footer.tpl” and right click on it and choose the Edit option

Step::12 Now Paste your tawk.to JavaScript code between </body tags> as shown below

Step::13 Click on Save changes and close the editor.
