Follow the steps given to change the WordPress admin password using phyMyAdmin:
Step::1 Login to cPanel and navigate to phpMyAdmin under the DATABASES section
Step::2 Click on the name of your WordPress database.
Step::3 Next click on the wp_users table.
Step::4 Click on Edit link near your WordPress admin user table.
Step::5 In the user_pass field, fill the password. From the drop-down, select MD5.
Step::6 Finally click on Go.
You should now see a success message from phpMyAdmin saying the database record was updated.
Congratulations! You have successfully changed your WordPress admin password via phpMyAdmin.
