Step::1 Login to cPanel account

Step::2 Go to Email sections and click on Email Accounts

Step::3 Scroll over More icon and click on Access Webmail option

Here three webmail applications are visible Horde/Roundcube/Squirrel mail.

Step::4 Choose Roundcube and click on Set as default.

Hence Roundcube webmail app is now your default webmail application.
