Temporary URL is a short form your (Uniform Resource Locator), it’s used when your domain does not work properly. Your actual URL can be found in your new account welcome email.
Of course, you can use the temporary URL to test your website, but you should follow these two important rules-
- Your domain should just register but not be fully activated
- It may be considered that your website migrate to another server and till now you are not set up DNS to your website
I am going to describe an answer based on these two terminologies, it does not follow for those people who fully customize their website to DNS server or activated website.
How you can open- http://ipaddress/~user/
You should replace your IP address with your original IP’s address, and instead of user enter your cPanel username
