What Domain & DNS related changes do i have to make after WHM reseller is migrated from one server to another?

I hope that every WHM Reseller might be aware of the DNS changes he/she should make while migrating from one server to another. But still i would like to give you some basic information required in order to migrate your domain from one server to another.

Here are some basic key points you must remember:

• Go to your Domain Control Panel
• Change the nameservers of your domain to new nameservers provided by your new hosting provider and point it towards the IP address of your new hosting provider.

[ Note: This step is only for those WHM(Reseller) who is using default nameservers of any hosting provider but the probability of such WHM Reseller is very rare. Most of the WHM Reseller are using their private nameservers. So if you are are using your private nameservers then ignore this step. All you need to do is just point your custom nameservers towards the IP of your new hosting provider from childname servers]

• Now go to your WHM(Reseller) Interface
• Go to Edit DNS Zone and create A Record in the name of your nameserver and point it towards your hosting
